  Took our 11 year old Keplie x dog in for a wash. The lady was very welcoming and showed me where to go and that shampoo and a towel were supplied. I asked how much I needed to pay and was told it was free. Kelsie loved her wash (unusual). The lady then advised me on some products. She the told me about the cutest pet competition. (Didn't get her name. She was Irish) everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you. We will be back next week

  very helpful staff they help you with what ever you need and I'm a member with them and I get discounts which is very great.

  It's horrible how they take care of the fighter fish ( bettas). As a fish keeper and breeder I don't recommend buying fish there but they have great live plants there that are in very good condition. Pretty good range of fish keeper supplies, not happy with then selling wine glasses as tanks for bettas too.
