  Doesn't even deserve one star! Had a doctor refuse to treat me today without transferring all my medical records first. I just needed antibiotics in an attempt to resolve a very obvious painful infection. Was told to tranfer my records and come back another day. Wasted my time! Not going back and would advise any one else thinking of going there.. dont!

  Never had to wait long, if at all. Friendly and helpful staff. The best Health centre I have experienced - I can highly recommend.

  Doctor was so lovely and helpful, front staff great, went in in good timing but unfortunately nurse needed a dose of professionalism. As a RN myself i would never be so rude or judgemental to patients (especially when not knowing there medical history) . Such a shame because everything else about Apollo was a great experience.

  Absolutely shocking. Requested an appointment for an ultra sound, got booked in and turned up to be told they didn’t do ultra sounds anymore? What a waste of time, they are normally lovely but the lady at the x-ray department was so rude and patronising, she made it out we were stupid! I won’t be going there again.

  I made an appointment and was told that the doctor was running late. I rang 20 minutes prior to the appointment time and was told the doctor (C.H-S) was running at least 1/2 hour behind. I came in 15 min after the original appointment time and was told the doctor had marked me off as not attending. This is not 1980; other people's time is also important! We can't just sit around for hours waiting; times have changed.
