  Went to joondalup store 3.30 pm Friday 27 Oct 2017, specifically to buy advertised fabric. No signs or prices. Asked 3 people and was shown generally where the fabric might be. No nice stacks as shown in catalogue. All over the place, with fabric jumbled up with other fabric. No colours like in the catalogue. I walked out empty handed. I will try Innaloo store to see if they are a bit more organized. Trouble is they have no competition so it is a case of take it or leave it. I have been a VIP member for 30 years and have never seen the chaos that i saw today. Very disappointed.

  Worst customer service. I wish someone else out there would open a different chain store other than Spotlight. Each of their stores seem to hire the most rude, unpleasant, sour, slow and unhelpful staff they can find. If you can avoid a Spotlight store, do so. Honestly not worth the stress of attempting to buy fabrics here or find anything Not in a mess. If you were helped by a nice/friendly staff member, buy a lottery ticket!! You're the luckiest morsel ever to find that at Spotlight.

  Terriable store, I asked a staff member for help with knitting, and was directed to go to another counter, after waiting a good 10 mins I was directed to a second counter, and then this happened for the third time. Finally after a good 30 mins I find someone to ask my simple question, and in the end don't get any information, in the end I head to the check out with what I do have. The check out ladies make it very obvious they don't want to be there, hardly paying attention to the actual person they are serving (not just me be other people that were head of me) and I ended up having my receipt flicked at me.
