    Amazing customer service! Had problems with my bike, he fixed it all immediately and did a free chekup on top of that! Had my bike completely done in 15min. He even gave me a tour and made me watch how he fixed my bike. I surely wont be going to other bike shops anymore!

    Took my 20-year-old seriously neglected mountain bike to Bike Time yesterday for an assessment, expecting to be told it wasn't worth repairing and encouraged to buy a new one (as had happened elsewhere). Evan took one look and said no problem, we'll have you back on the road ready for another 20 years. Picked it up later the same day all sorted, fully repaired and serviced, and at quarter the price of even an entry-level replacement. Fantastic service - won't go anywhere else now.
