    Not even worth one star, Stood at the counter waiting for ages while Girl was on the phone, instead of serving, young boy asked her if we had been served and she said yes and dissmissed him and continued on the phone instead of serving us, so after 10/15 mins, we walked out and they lost their sale, very poor customer service, will never go back

    In the end as I was leaving I was then only asked when I purchased the item and what I had spent as they could now suddenly check on the computer.

    Easily the worst customer service I've received, employees don't seem to know what is provided in the store, and will forgot you've asked for help as soon as they leave.

    Had a poor experience at this shop. Took a set of gloves to exchange for a larger size and got the door by some junior staff. After spending $700 2 days before, I just wanted to change the gloves but was told that if I had no receipt, I could not do so. The gloves still had the tags and seal. It was the consumer affairs policy I was told. I asked to see the policy and after 5 minutes I was shown the store policy instead. After arguing for 10 minutes just to, let me say again change the size of the gloves NOT MY MONEY BACK, I was told I would have to pay them overtime. I was even called mate which I promptly replied I am not their mate. I am a customer.
